What if I want to upgrade my Free Account to a Pathoma™ Pro Account?
Simple, just Log In to your account, click on Upgrade, and continue through the checkout process. As soon as your order is processed, your account will automatically be upgraded.
Can I choose when my subscription starts or delay activation?
Unfortunately, no. All subscriptions start at Sign Up as soon your payment has been processed.
What are the system requirements to view the online videos?
Our online viewer requires:
- Microsoft Windows XP / Mac OSX 10.6 or higher (Linux is not supported).
- iPad 1+, iPhone 3GS+ and Android (Android requires a Flash-enabled browser).
- High-speed internet (2.5 mbps or higher).
- Adobe Flash 10.3 or higher (except of iOS devices).
Can I purchase the Pathoma™ text or videos separately?
The text and videos are designed to complement one another and are not sold separately.
Are there limits on how many times I can view the content?
Views are limited by chapter and set at an average of 8 views per subsection in each chapter. Each time a video is loaded, irrespective of how much of the video is actually watched, it is counted as a view. However, our system is setup to maximize usage, since we want students to use the videos throughout the year and also for exam prep. The usage limits are in place to stop abuse of the system (sharing logins, etc.), and if you ever hit your limit, you can login and send us a support message and, after a review of your account, we can reset your usage.
How many different computers can I use to access the videos?
Users can access the videos from at most 3 different devices.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, usually within 24 hours, and generally arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order ships you will receive the tracking number via email. International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail and generally arrive within 6-14 days (although it can take up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance) and may be subject to local customs and duties upon delivery.
Can I ship to a different country than my billing address?
Our online system will not allow shipments to a country which is different from your billing address. If you are experiencing this issue, you can either pay using your PayPal account, or Contact Us and we can process the payment manually.
Orders with an Illinois or Maryland shipping address will be charged applicable sales tax.
