Simple, just Log In to your account, click on Upgrade, and continue through the checkout process. As soon as your order is processed, your account will automatically be upgraded.
Do you provide a PDF/electronic copy of the text?
Each Pro account includes a physical copy of the text which will is mailed out after sign up; we do not provide electronic copies of the text. The sample PDF included with the Free account is just to allow students to get a sense of the content and layout of the text.
What are the system requirements to view the online videos?
Our online viewer requires:
- Microsoft Windows 8.1 / Mac OSX 10.15 or higher (Linux is not supported).
- iOS 13+ (beta support), Android is not currently supported.
- High-speed internet (5.0 mbps or higher).
Can I choose when my subscription starts or delay activation?
Unfortunately, no. All subscriptions begin at Sign Up as soon as your payment has been processed. However we add extra time to each subscription to account for the shipping time.
Can I purchase the Pathoma™ text or videos separately?
Since the text and videos are designed to complement one another, we do not offer either separately.
Are there limits on how many times I can view the content?
Views are limited by chapter and set at an average of 8 views per subsection in each chapter. Each time a video is loaded, irrespective of how much of the video is actually watched, it is counted as a view. However, our system is setup to maximize usage, since we want students to use the videos throughout the year and also for exam prep. The usage limits are in place to stop abuse of the system (sharing logins, etc.), and if you ever hit your limit, you can login and send us a support message and, after a review of your account, we can reset your usage.
How many different computers can I use to access the videos?
Users can access the videos from at most 3 different devices.

Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority, which is why we offer a No Obligation, Free Account. However due to the nature of online digital content, all sales are final.
Domestic Shipping Information
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail and generally arrive within 4-7 business days after shipping. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will ship out the following day, except that we do not ship on Saturday. Any order placed after 3:00 PM on Thursday will therefore ship out on Monday.
International Shipping Information
All International orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/USPS Express Mail and generally arrive within 5-20 days (although it can take longer due to customs clearance). Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. International shipments may be subject to local customs/duties/taxes upon delivery, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will ship out the following business day, except that we do not ship on Saturday. We ship worldwide, except that we are not able to ship to:
- Congo (CD/CG)
- Cuba (CU)
- Iran (IR)
- Russia (RU)
- Somalia (SO)
Can I ship to a different country than my billing address?
Yes, during checkout just enter the appropriate shipping address when prompted, and you should not have any issues.
